The blog shall consist of contextualized research of predominately the 1960's movement in fashion and feminism   just how much both were expressed greatly within this era. However I shall base my research from the 1940's to the expressive, rebelling 60's decade and further forward on to the present day of the society we now live in.The reason being I have singled out the sixties decade is due to the fact I feel it domineered the other decades throughout the century breaking many fashion traditions, very much reflecting social movements during the period. Feminism was and is a collection of movements aimed at defending and establishing equal rights from men to women weather it be political, economic, social rights, employment and education. Those who labelled themselves as 'feminists' (those whose beliefs and behaviour endevoured to decalre feminism) very much took a step forward throughout the sixties. Radically creating quite a social change in many such ways which I feel women of today should be thankful for.
However I feel i'd like to start my research at I feel a suffice beginning.... the 1940's..

Finally a bibliography (:

several factual information, www.wikkipedia.com , for example the 90's trends i researched through wikipedia, although not always a accurate source of information, wikipedia was ok for that kind of research.
